We do not require you to create an account to play the Game, and the Game does not feature multiplayer functionality. Brandt Software LLC does not directly collect, store, or process personal contact information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

To provide a stable experience, analyze gameplay, and support the Game through advertising, we integrate specific third-party services. These services automatically collect certain data from your device:

  • Unity Analytics & Unity Diagnostics: We use Unity's services to understand how players interact with the Game, track level progression, and identify bugs or crashes. Unity may collect data including your device's IP address, device identifiers (such as IDFV or Android ID), operating system details, device hardware specifications, and in-game events.

  • ironSource LevelPlay Advertising: We use LevelPlay to mediate and display advertisements. LevelPlay and its partner ad networks may collect your IP address, device identifiers (such as Apple IDFA or Google AAID), and ad interaction metrics to serve relevant advertisements, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.

Arcadia: Tower Defense is not intentionally directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal data through the Game without your consent, please contact us so that we can take steps to work with our third-party partners to delete that information.

This Privacy Policy and any disputes related to our data practices are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
